Rating :  - Don't waste your money
I've had this unit for a year in the box. Unpacked and hooked up unit but, low and behold, the remote didn't work. Checked remote using a digital camera and confirmed it was sending signals. So, must be a bad box. Called Samsung for service and they told me the repair shop was in NJ. Was going to send but, found out it would cost over $100 just to look at it. Even though I had to pay the shipping and diagnosed it was the box for them. I would rather open up the unit and try to repair myself for that kind of money. The unit probably wouldn't last long anyways. I didn't buy this from Amazon so I can't blame them. I wouldn't suggest buying any Samsung products because their support is horrible. I should have learned my lesson with the POS printer and phone I had problems with.
